Terms and conditions of use

Rule 1


Under current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. However, this does not apply to our HMac, ODRA and MASHER computer sets, implemented on orders and therefore with the service of submitting equipment. All other goods are refundable. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products.

To the package with the statement and the returned product / products, also attach all the accessories received with it, as well as the receipt or invoice.


Filing a complaint

If you discover product defects, you can file a complaint. In order to make a complaint, please follow the steps below:

1. Return / complaint form

Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and reason for the complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.


2. Product shipment

When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Shipping

The claimed product should be sent to the store's address
